Becky is an Associate Professor in the graduate nursing program at Ohio University with experience in traditional, blended, and on-line course delivery models. Becky holds a MSN from Wright State University with a concentration in Family Practice and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 19 years. She maintains an active clinical practice as a nurse practitioner/owner of a house call practice in the rural counties of Ohio specializing in chronic disease management, palliative and hospice care in addition to her academic appointment. Becky completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Wright State University and her research interests include simulation, self-care of chronic disease, and optimal health outcomes in the older adult.
